Tracers is a strategic card game where players assume the role of Intergalactic Bounty Hunters. Players race to see who can earn the most credits by creatively disposing of the galaxy’s most dangerous fugitives, all the while thwarting the efforts of their fellow Tracers for their own personal gains. Tracers collect Bounty contract cards specifically targeting a Fugitive. Bounty cards may state that they want the Fugitive alive, eliminated, or by any means necessary. Tracers will have to choose between lethal or non-lethal ordinances in order to maximize a Bounty’s value. Earn the most credits by the time the final Fugitive is apprehended, and you'll win!

FUGITIVE Cards

There are 18 different Fugitives ranging in value from 3000 to 10000 credits. Fugitive cards feature an MSR (Mission Success Rate) bonus or negative – Lower valued Fugitives are easier to eliminate, while Higher valued Fugitives are more difficult to bring to justice.

Bounty cards

Each Fugitive has 3 Bounty cards associated with it (Wanted: Alive, Wanted: Dead, Wanted: Dead or Alive). Each Bounty card features Mission Parameters which include 3 Positive Weapon Attributes and 3 Negative Weapon Attributes. There are also 8 Bounty Hack cards that specifically copy another Bounty card played and 12 Wild Bounty cards.

Lethal Weapons

Depending on the Bounty card played, lethal force may be required to eliminate a Fugitive. There are 5 different Lethal Weapons that feature 3 different deadly weapon attributes: Gunshot, Explosion and Slashing.

Non-Lethal Weapons

Sometimes a Bounty will declare that it wants the Fugitive alive. There are 5 different Non-Lethal Weapons that feature 3 different weapon attributes specifically for apprehending a Fugitive: Electricity, Freezing and Toxic.

 

Modifier Cards

Modifier cards have a wide range of abilities such as increasing/decreasing the MSR (Mission Success Rate) and Time of an Enforcement attempt, drawing additional cards or sabotaging the efforts of your rival Tracers.

Perk Cards

Each time a Tracer successfully eliminates or apprehends a Fugitive they draw a card from the Perk Deck. Perk cards feature persistent abilities that grant the player an edge over their rival Tracers.
